Job Description:
We are seeking technically skilled, service minded persons to be based in Chengdu, China. As a member of our team you are part of our global support organization. This important role in Technical Support offers a wide perspective and changing working conditions. You work both at homebase and on-site abroad, answer to support requests, travel to Customer sites for troubleshooting & installations .
Requirements:
• You are an individual contributor.
• You have the ability to do troubleshooting in challenging environments.
• You are able to identify and solve proactively demanding problems and communicate them to key stakeholders.
• You are a team player willing to share information and support our customers, your team members and other units.
• You possess a good knowledge of IP, Unix/Linux, Internet and Telecommunication technologies.
• General understanding of Care/Maintenance processes is an advantage.
• Open minded and true service desire to work in customer interface, tolerant to stress,
• Willingness to travel and support customers on-site.
• Ability and will to do on to do.
• Oracle expert will be prefered .
要求大致说一下：
1. 接触过常见的网络产品如Cisco, Bigip，熟悉基本的配置及工作原理：
2. 精通常见操作系统如Linux, Solaris维护，了解常见的存储如EMC, Sun storage..
3. 熟悉数据库如oracle最好。。。
4.要有一定的英语口语及听力能力
