FC IT Engineer

Job Description:
FC IT Engineer who is proficient in all aspects of system administrationand engineering. Experience with a wide variety of systems (Linux & Windows) is preferred; however, this position is for a FC IT Tech.This position supports customer-facing equipment and requires prior24/7production support experience. A successful candidate will haveknowledgeof TCP/IP networking, advanced performance analysis, Linuxkernel architecture, Linux security, and commonnetwork services. Ability to script with Perl, shell is highly desired.This position also requires strong interpersonal skills and asuccessfultrack record of coordinating and driving projects to completion.

Responsibilitiesinclude: monitoring and maintainingcritical systems; implementinghighly available and efficient systems,including obtaining anunderstanding of the applications running on thesystems; participatingin capacity planning reviews; owning projects,interacting with vendors,customers and team members; and providing Localon-call technical support and technical consultation to Amazon.com China internalcustomers.

Requirements:
1.Linux& Windows
systemadministration and application, requirement of desk side supportwork for production IT equipments.
2.English – can communicate with native speakers fluently on technical topic
3.Script and programming in Perl,shell.
4. Basic knowledge on network
5.Preferred Degree: Computer Science or related major6.Years of Experience: 3-5Years systems administration/engineering, experience of international organizationand different time zone is highly desired.

3. 掌握在Perl,shell环境下的编程；
4. 具有网络方面的基本知识；
5. 计算机科学及相关专业毕业；
6. 工作经验上，要求具有3-5年从事系统管理/工程技术方面的经历，有国际机构及跨时区工作经验优先。

该职位需要维护本地的Linux服务器（不多）及其它IT基础施，如机房，无线等，同时需要美国及日本的Linux工程师进行电话面试，因此标准会比较高一些，我认为有Linux服务器及GDM工作背景，以及对IT基础服务（DNS，DHCP）理解深刻，良好Troubleshooting的能力，还有英语要好（英语电话面试），都可以试一试。待遇比市场水平要高，可以看齐在中国的外企IT工程师的水平。

请注意该职位有很大部分工作要支持库区IT生产设备及办公室的桌面支持，如果对些无法接受的慎投简历。
