Shenzhen IT Specialist - AS 400 Sever Management -Shenzhen(English)
Job Responsibilities
• i5/OS Server installation , Configuration
• Support product/application Upgrade
• Day to day i5/OS support activities and its resolution
• Troubleshooting
• Performance Monitoring
• Operations and batch job scheduling                  
• Provide consultation on implementing High Availability

Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with at least 70% of the types of System i technology and applications employed within the Customer environment.
Technology includes:
o i5/OS
o MQ
o HMC
o DB2 on i5/OS
o BRMS
Ability to troubleshoot System i problems.
Experience with System i hardware configurations.

The major responsibilities:
Technical Services position encompasses Service Delivery, Delivery Operations and includes:
- Administer central and/or distributed computer systems.
- Assist with the identification of problems related to product/service installation update configuration operations performance or other aspects of information technology products & services.
- Suggests and/or implements solutions to resolve problems & ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Interfaces with 3rd party support vendors for problem resolution.
- Assist with implementation & maintenance of the business recovery plan & procedures for minor systems.
- Supports the coordination of the processing environments

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
5 years experience in Server Consolidation Methodology - Skill includes: Access to consolidation methodology´s and tools and a center of competency. Knowledge and delivery experience in Phase I (solution framing/assessment) and phase II (design) approach. Ability to work without daily guidance on Phase I and Phase II deliverables. At least 2 years experince in analalyzing cleint environments and providing solutions.
At least 1 year experience in Server Consolidation analysis (Cirba experience with ruleset design preferred) At least 1 years experience in VMWare. Ability to create high quality deliverables:
• Analysis and Strategy Document / Data Analysis Report
• Recommendations / Solution Approaches
• Detailed Design

Continued from Required Skills: Detailed Design (Document Hardware Components, Server Configuration, and General hardware related requirements; Document Networking, Storage, and Backup Strategy Models and Topology; Document migration strategy and configuration standards; Release and deployment plans; Physical Designs) 5 years experience in customer presentation and communications 5 years experience in providing onsite consulting and generating deliverables 3 years experience in either of xSereis 3 years experience in UNIX, Solaris, Intel based platforms Understanding of business case development incorporating Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics to measure, manage, assess risk, reduce costs, and improve overall value of IT assets.

Shenzhen Linux System Administrator - English - Shenzhen
Job Responsibilities
1.Lead or assist in the deployment of System x or BladeCenter environments.
2.Assist in the assessment, planning, design and implmentation of server consolidation projects that have one or more of the following target environments: W2003 SE/DCE, Windows XP, Linux.
3. Be able to plan and perform the installation of the System x or Bladecenter hardware components, operating systems on a customer's Bladecenter solution.
4: Be able to deliver or assist in the following:   
      Conduct/Assist in a Planning Session to gather information and plan the implementation.
      Perform basic operating system installations.
    Perform basic configuration of BladeCenter IO modules
    Install and configure systems management components
    Provide skills transfer for basic administrative operations
    Deliver system documentation   
    Install a supported Microsoft or Linux operating system and configure basic networking.

Job Requirements
• Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting Intel and/or AMD processor-based blade servers
• Virtualization Experience: VMWare, MS Virtual Server 2008
• 3 Years Operationg System Experience: in one or more of  Linux, RedHat, SUSE.                                                              
• IBM BladeCenter and related options
• IBM DS3000/4000 Storage Server products and the other components used in IBM SAN Solutions (FC Switches, Hubs, etc.)
• Advanced networking concepts (i.e.: VLAN’s, LACP, STP)
