Title: OSS Support /Developer

Location: Guangzhou

Brief Description:

·       A product support with broad responsibilities and analysis skills within the OSS SW product support and customization stream;

·       Know how on cramer product implementation and integrate Cramer OSS with other network management system.

·       Write high-level spec, detailed designs, develop code and perform sub-system testing.

·       Analyze defects and provide good fixes and escalate the case to second line support /PSO or R&D to response customer or partner's query.

·       Actively participate in design review, code review and documentation writing.

Detailed Description:

·       Programming- Writes and corrects the programs according to tasks assigned by the Group Leader in high level of quality.

·       Maintenance-Check and correct problems in existing systems or processes (solve defects).

·       Perform testing of Unit and sub-system.

·       Document Code-Adhering to Amdocs programming methodologies, writes according to the standards and documents own code (so that other programmers will easily understand).

·       Contact with different factors-Interact with the team on site, Interact with cross groups (Infra, ST, applications).

Technical Qualifications:

·       J2EE- J2EE, Java Development, OO design is must

·       Oracle RDBMS, SQL, Oracle DB Tuning

·       JSP Jakarta Struts framework, XML, HTML, SVG

·       BEA WebLogic or IBM WebSphere

·       Any telecom enterprise application development experience is preferable

·       SQL and UNIX knowledge is MUST

Education / Experience:

·       OSS background, not must but very important

·       BA in computers engineering or computer science

·       5 years of experience in Telco area.

·       Language - good English
