Propose of the role:
本职位是希望能引入对web 2.0技术有经验的开发人员，加强CIS在介面及操作上的优化，加强程式码的结构及逻辑，为商品化的基础作部署，以及加快开发进度


Requirements:

-        对web 2.0技术有丰富经验的开发人员
-        具有5年以上开发经验(ASP.NET/C#)
-        计算机或相关专业，本科以上学历，
-        熟悉软件设计方面的理论、实践和工具，包括面向对象的分析设计技术(OOAD)、设计模式和OOAD设计原则;
-        有过中大型正规产品开发的经验
-        精通SQL Server 2005/2008或Oracle
-        熟练常用设计模式，熟练运用HTML、CSS、JS、XML、AJAX、JQuery、Extjs等相关BS开发技术；
-        有较好的沟通能力，有较强的学习、写作能力和钻研精神；
-        有Silverlight/Flex开发经验者优先；
-        具有协同服务(collaboration service)、office整合方面的开发经验者优先
