试试先执行chgddmtcpa pwdrqd(*no)，然后执行你的sbmrmtcmd，接着在用chgddmtcpa pwdrqd(XXXXXXXXX）改回他原先的值。。。

Thanks for your advisement, but my profile has limited autrority to CMD you provide, pls refer to under below information

Cause . . . . . :   *IOSYSCFG special authority is required to perform the

Recovery  . . . :   Have the security officer give you *IOSYSCFG special  
  authority. Then try the command again.

As you know, if my profile does not have the autority to perform the 'SBMRMTJOB', then the system will sent back me fail code '17 -- The security mechanism requested by the client is not supported or
  allowed at the server.  '
I am confused with the fail code '7 -- User ID revoked or disabled.  '
Have you experienced before with this fail code?
