一般的数据库副本都放在最后么？

最后不最后倒没关系，而且一般100M都够了。
关键是看你的这个slice有没有使用，或者其他情况。

c1t0d0s3是否已经建立了文件系统？

元设备尽量用单独的片，不要与存在文件系统的片公用。
