职位描述:
GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for a variety of human resources programs and policies, often encompassing several areas of human resources, including organizational development, employee and labor relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, safety, or personnel.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communicates and assists in various program enrollment processes, ensuring employees understand the programs. May assist in training other HR personnel in administrative processes, programs and procedures.
• Interfaces with insurance companies, outside survey firms, vendors, service organizations as required. May assist in processing of billing with outside vendors and employee claim resolution.
• Produces reports as needed.
• Assists in employee communication regarding functional employee programs and processes. Responds to employee questions regarding administrative procedures and program provisions
• Updates relevant employee database(s) to ensure correct program and personal data is entered.
• Ensures compliance with administrative/delivery requirements of the company, and federal and state regulations.
• Administers some or all aspects of various employee benefits, compensation, training, employment or other functional programs and employee services.
SKILLS
• Communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Analytical ability.
Education Required: Bachelor degree
Experience Required: 1-3 Years
Lauguage required: Fluent Korean or Japanese, and also good commend in English and Mandarin
