unixware增加硬盘问题 求助!!!

unixware 711下如下操作,之前/dev/rdsk/下有过c2b0t0d0s0 的设备，建裸设备和文件系统后性能太差，手动删除后重起就没有了，机器IBM X255,请教高手。
