详细要求如下
Experience:
Bachelor and above required;
Major in relevant fields: telecommunication, computer software, electronic engineering, etc.
1-3 years experience in wireless communication
Good background of 3GPP, TD-SCDMA, WCDMA or GSM
Has experience in 3GPP protocol processing and development，algorithm design and implementation or familiar with RRC/RLC/MAC/FP protocol.
Has experience in software development or system design

Knowledge:
Good background of Wireless Communication
Good background of Radio resource management algorithm
Good background of RNC system design
Background in SW development

Capabilities:
Initiative, self-motivation and positive personal personality
Good communication and team work
Ability to work and learn on own initiative
Strong ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to work under high pressure

Salry:10k-15k
