Job Title: PROF PROJECT MANAGEMENT (GSM/UMTS End-to-End Program Manager )

Duties and Responsibilities:
•        Managing a virtual product development engineering team across global development organization to meet program commitments with sense of urgency
•        Engage team to develop plans, schedules, and manage execution of these plans in speed with quality
•        Tracking program progress towards commitments, engage team to analyze metrics, assessing risks, critical business impacts and follow through with action plans to resolve issues, and reporting of progress and actions through Program and Quality management
•        Champaign the process improvement opportunities and driving through changes

Qualifications:
•        Good understanding of software/hardware quality control and product development process
•        Experience in managing large-scale and complex real-time product development projects
•        Experience in managing virtual team across geographical locations  with strong project management skills
•        Experience of the development of project plans, project schedules, resource plans and quality plans
•        Knowledge of telecommunications and wireless network, knowledge of GSM, GPRS, LTE is desired
•        Good understanding of the wireless industry and customer needs

•        Proactive thinking, highly responsible, result oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and work through others to deliver good results
•        Strong managerial and leadership skills, capable of  negotiation and problem solving, be willing to undertake difficult/complex challenging tasks under pressure and effectively managing risks
•        Good planning and Time Management skills and capable to simultaneously manage multiple activities across organizational boundaries
•        Must have the personality to adapt and drive changes in a dynamic environment
•        Strong communication skills, fluent in both English and Mandarin

Education:
•        Bachelor or Master in Telecommunication, EE, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
•        At least 10-years experience as a Project/Engineering Manager
