Position 1: Web Architect
Location：Hefei/合肥

Job Responsibilities:
- Work independently and collaborate with WebEx worldwide architects to get deep understanding of business requirements, technical requirements and technical operation requirements.
- Provide architectural design for large-scale, high performance, and high availability web application creation, upgrade, transformation, integration and optimization.
- Demonstrate strong technical leadership to development team and work closely with project management, QA, and technical operation teams across the world.
Position Requirements:
- At least 8 years experience of requirement analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale and high performance web applications
- At least 3 years leadership experience in architectural design, making technical decision and solution estimation.
- Broad knowledge of Web technology, including but not limited to SOA, J2EE and front-end web technology
- Broad knowledge on modeling, design patterns, refactoring, unit test.
- Broad knowledge on Agile methodology and practices, such as SCRUM, Extreme Programming (XP), Test Driven Development (TDD), Continues Integration, etc.
- Broad knowledge on Database application development
- Strong software engineering, project management knowledge & experience
- Deep understanding of IT trends, keeping eyes on emerging technologies in the areas of Java, Open Source, SOA, Web2.0, Database, Security, etc.
- Bachelor or master degree in computer science or equivalent experience

Position 2: Web Frontend Engineer

-Experience in multiple Browsers debugging, including IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome etc.

Position 5: System Architect

Job Responsibilities:
- Provides expertise regarding planning, technical architectures, models and standards (process) to the Global Service HA systems, Storage, and Disk-based Backup Systems.
- Recommends appropriate courses of action to developers/technicians, and management on technical and infrastructure issues related to Global Service HA, Storage, and Disk-based data backup and recovery.
- Recommend proactive courses of action to maintain cost effectiveness and competitiveness.
- Proactively assists in defining direction for future technology, infrastructure or architecture projects to enhance service availability and storage reliability and performance.
- Works with the all of the other IT teams and including software development to ensure technology process and support integration.
- Manage cross functional projects between various organizations.
- Provides upward, downward and lateral communication.
- Functions as an inter/intra-group liaison
- Leads project efforts as required
Position Requirements:
- 6+ plus years of experience in system and NAS/SAN storage architecture.
- Extensive knowledge and experiences of global web service high-availability systems.
- Extensive knowledge and experiences of two-way real-time database data replication and file system data replication.
- Extensive knowledge and experiences of GSLB and web service failover cross datacenters.
- Knowledge and experience with multiple-tiers of applications architect such as web servers, J2EE application servers and DB servers.
- In-depth experience and hand-on experience with SUN/Solaris and Linux systems.
- Solid understanding of SCSI, Fibre Channel, SAN, RAID, I/O Storage Sub-Systems.
- Solid understanding with Storage design, implementation, and management experience using NetApp.
- Enterprise level backup solution design, implementation, and administration experience using Veritas/Symantec NetBackup.
- Must have exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Must be able to work constructively in a team environment.


Position 6: Video Codec Engineer

As a senior image codec software engineer, you will participate in the research, design and implement the next generation of Cisco/WebEx image codec. It is also the core part of WebEx product. You will have the opportunity to work with an excellent team of image compression.
Main responsibilities:
Research, design and implement next generation image codec of Cisco WebEx.
Position Requirements:
-Bachelor, Master and PhD (preferred) Degree in CS, EE, Math or related fields.
-Strong in image codec JPEGXR, JPEG, JPEG2000 or MPEG, H264/SVC.
-Strong software programming skills with C/C++ and Microsoft Visual C++ Familiar with data compression.
-Good if know write high optimized code.
-Good mathematical skills is a plus.


Position 7: Security Software Engineer
Location：Hefei/合肥

Job Responsibilities:
-Work closely with Cisco WebEx US team to conduct WebEx application security including design, implementation, code review, testing, certification, etc.
-Provide security technical assistance to development and QA teams in China.
-Identify areas for improvement related to security in existing development and QA processes.
-Help design security-related functionality and verify proper implementation thereof.
-Educate development and QA teams in China on security practices by personal example, hands on training, and occasional presentations.
Position Requirements:
- BS in computer science or equivalent is required. MS or Ph.D is preferred.
- Substantial experience in Web 2.0 programming including AJAX technologies such as dynamic HTML, Asyncronized Javascript, XML, and J2EE. Preferably 5+ years.
- Hands on experience in security technology including protocols, cryptography (RSA, AES, SHA, etc.), web security (XSS, SQL injection, etc.), and secure programming (Buffer Overflow etc.). Experience with OpenSSL is desirable.
- Strong networking programming experience. Solid knowledge with TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, etc.
- Strong team player and oral and written communication skills.
