Job Title: Oracle Technical Team Lead
Location: Shanghai, China
Report to: IT Manager
General Description:
To provide extended MIS support for MSI initiatives/projects and support Asia MIS operations as required. Considering exponential growth in MIS landscape with addition of new systems like Revenue Management, Supply chain Planning, Costing, Self Service applications, we need team in china to provide extended support to MIS and also move/offshorize some tasks/responsibilities from US to China.
Job Description:
        This role requires leading and managing technical team in China with effective assignments delegations, lead resource allocations, and participation in development of plans to predict required resources needed to deliver technology solutions.
        Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, management and support of various Oracle modules within our current Oracle applications eBusiness suite.
        You will also facilitate applications support and enhancement activities, including new functionality, new module introduction, upgrades, patching recommendations and overall general support.
        Most importantly, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, leading and motivating a high performing team of developers and DBAs emphasizing timely and high-quality project delivery.
        Along with above responsibilities, you will be also responsible as individual to design, develop and deliver state of the art technical implementations and code complex application components based on functional requirements.
        Responsible to execute and drive results on large-scale projects and multiple smaller projects.
Qualifications:
         Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or related degree.
        Strong experience in managing Development and DBA teams and should possess extensive Techno-Functional development background with experience in implementation, customization, upgrade and support experience on Oracle Applications 11i Order to cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing and shop floor management modules.
         Effectively delegate assignments, lead resource allocations, and participate in development of plans to predict required resources needed to deliver technology solutions.
        Responsible for high team efficiency and quality and ensure team is sufficiently trained to take on the tasks expected of them.
        Hands-on Technical expertise in various software and expert in Oracle technologies viz. Oracle Forms 6i, Reports 6i, Oracle 8i & 9i, Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher, Discoverer Administrator, Discoverer Desktop, PL/SQL, SQL, Approval Management Engine (AME), Unix shell script,
        Passionate about improving operational support practices, with experience in establishing, measuring, and meeting service level agreements, improving the availability, performance, and quality of systems.
        Execute and drive results on large-scale projects and multiple smaller projects.
        Experience with performance analysis and tuning.
        Excellent communications skills.
        Strong team skills as well as the ability to work independently.
Job Title: Oracle DBA, Senior
Location: Shanghai
Report to: Oracle Technical Team Lead
Job Description:
        This person will be a member of the DBA team and primarily responsible for E-business suite, B2B application and Hyperion application
        Analyze and implement the physical database design and structure, ensure enterprise database environments are in optimal condition, manage Production databases, and support complex problem-solving challenges.
        Assist in the resolution of complex problems in support of Production systems in a 24x7 environment. Plan, coordinate, and implement projects or products as required.
        Understand the technology workspace in terms of current state, future possibilities, forthcoming technologies and their relevance and impact
Qualifications:
        Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related degree.
        Minimum 6-8 years of Oracle E-business Suite Administration experience on Solaris
        Minimum 4-6 years of Oracle Database Administration experience on Solaris/Linux and windows operating systems
        Thorough knowledge of the Oracle Applications Framework, architecture, and technology stack
        Experience in installation, configuration and support, upgrade of Oracle 11i
        Experience with middle tier architectures (9iAS/10gAS) for B2B applications
        Experience with Oracle Discoverer (10g) Deployment and upgrades
        Experience with Hyperion(9.3/11) deployment and upgrades
        Experience in Hot/cold backup mechanisms using Netapps snapshot concepts
        Experience in Dataguard, RMAN backup and recovery procedures
        Experience in E-business suite performance tuning
        DBA level experience with shell scripting, UNIX and Linux administration and working knowledge of netapps storage
        Be able to coordinate with development teams and software vendors on issue resolution, planning
        Knowledge on Oracle Support processes for technical requests with Metalink
        Experience in configuring/managing environments with failover/high availability requirements is a plus
        Excellent Communication skills

        Oracle certification(s) preferred

Job Title: Oracle Developer
Location: Shanghai
Report to: Oracle Technical Team Lead
Job Description:
        This person will be a member of the Development team supporting Marvell's Global implementation of the Oracle 11i Finance and Distributions system.
        This is a state of the art implementation that uses many of the advanced features of the application suite, such as multiple currencies, multiple languages (to include Hebrew and simple Chinese) multiple sets of books, multiple organizations, multiple business units.
        The candidate would have responsibilities to demonstrate expert knowledge of technical design alternatives and the implementation implications.
        Manage complete life cycle for most complex or high-risk components.
        Analyze functional design/overall application technical design and develops detailed module technical application for complex components.
        Identifies opportunities for improving software by partnering with customers; evaluates new and existing software products.
        Demonstrate expert knowledge of technical design alternatives and their implications by assisting team members in overall application technical design activities.
        Code complex application components based on functional requirements

Qualifications:
        Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related degree.

        Implementation experience on worked on Accounts Receivables (AR), General Ledger (GL), Payables (AP), Order Management (OM), Shipping (WSH), iProcurement, Purchasing (PO), Fixed Assets (FA), Oracle Alerts (ALR) modules.
        Good understanding of Oracle applications development (i.e. defining concurrent programs, request sets, custom .pll, custom forms and reports) .
        Experience with performance analysis and tuning.
        Excellent communications skills.
        Strong team skills as well as the ability to work independently.
