IBM GDC（原名ISSC）招人~！地点深圳, regular合同
要求：AIX 平台support，2年左右经验 英语可以开口 其他读听写没问题 （当然英语水平越高越好，英语和薪水挂钩）

薪水问题参考band6 band7职位，职位都是IBM regular，具体的细节面试的时候再去谈。
这里适合想学点技术的，外语还可以的。因为每年培训很多，而且认证考试自己想学习就报，考过了上面给报销。
主要工作范围：服务海外客户，一般都是远程support。英语是必须。

Responsibility:
Technical Services position encompasses Service Delivery, Delivery Operations and includes:
- Administer central and/or distributed computer systems.
- Assist with the identification of problems related to product/service installation update configuration operations performance or other aspects of information technology products & services.
- Suggests and/or implements solutions to resolve problems & ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Interfaces with 3rd party support vendors for problem resolution.
- Assist with implementation & maintenance of the business recovery plan & procedures for minor systems.
- Supports the coordination of the processing environments
  
Required
Associate's Degree/College Diploma
At least 2 years experience in Unix System Administration,Unix -AIX 5.3,HACMP,pSeries hardware
English: Fluent

Bachelor's Degree
  

Additional information
- Good knowledge of SUN/HP UNIX hardware platforms
- Strong UNIX fundamentals
- Good understanding of software upgrade/migration process
- General knowledge of storage subsystems inc. Shark EMC and XP.
