IntroductionThe Domain Name System (DNS) is a hierarchical naming system for
computers, services, or any resource connected to the Internet or a
private network. It associates various information with domain names
assigned to each of the participants. Most importantly, it translates
domain names meaningful to humans into the numerical (binary)
identifiers associated with networking equipment for the purpose of
locating and addressing these devices worldwide. (source

InstallTo install BIND, one single step is required:
apt-get install bind9
ConfigureForwarders
Forwarders are DNS servers used to answer requests that are not known by the server itself.
The forwarders are added to the file /etc/bind/named.conf.options:
forwarders {
aa.bb.cc.dd;
ww.xx.yy.zz;
};
To activate the modifications, restart the server:
/etc/init.d/bind9 restart
