倒班安排:会三班倒或现在还没有确定,但一定不会超过法定的每周40小时。
工作地点:现在在亦庄(有班车)以后可能会搬到中关村,或城里的其他地方。
硬性要求:英文,linux,英文能听,说,写,linux:有linux的工作经验即可,无需太深入。
工资:要看自己谈了,还有少量的奖金和福利 , 具体的要跟HR谈。
人数:到6~7月份,一共要找5~6个人。

Description (Purpose of the Job):
We're looking for a 24x7 Moinitor Engineer with a passion for leading edge technology to join our datacenter operation team. Our Datacenter Operation Team is expanding to setup and maintain a set of Nokia services. The ideal candidate will possess a breadth of hands-on experience related to network system integrations, SW deployments, and troubleshooting of Web based network architectures.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
* Provide proactive monitor for servers , network devices and applications.
* Tier 1 support, troubleshooting for incidents.
* Track & record all the incidents and problems
* Record for all incidents on duty and work out the problem statistics
* Help to daily maintenance, project deployment, servers Change control, updating
* All other IT operation related work
KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
* Relations within the datacenter operation team in Nokia Service:
* With the all operation roles in datacenter operation team
* With the content team
* Relations within the larger Nokia organization:
* With the wider Nokia organization for all the administrative issues
Qualifications
* Computer science or related bachelor degree.
* 2+ years of Linux/Windows system administration experience
* Experience in troubleshooting OS and application problems.
* Basic network knowledge and good at use all the common network tools to do network troubleshooting
* Understanding of networking/Internet concepts and protocols (DNS, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, etc)
* Common knowledge for hardware of network device and server.
* Familiarity with various monitoring tools such as Nagios, Cacti, MRTG, Splunk and GOMEZ a plus.
* Must have strong oral and written communication skills, and be customer focused to understand and appropriately respond to customers' business needs.
* Demonstrated ability to interface effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, and management to develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in. |
