1.QA Manager - Desktop Solution
Responsibilities:
- Manage a QA team, Work closely with other QA teams, development, product management and other key counterparts to ship high quality View products
- Talent recruiting, hiring, coaching and retention
- Work with QA engineers at a conceptual and code level to create practical, cost-effective automation solutions for product QA
- Measure progress against timelines, taking action if needed
- Encourage team members’ creative input and sense of ownership

Requirements:
- B.S. or above degree in computer science or related with 5+ years of software QA experience
- Strong development management or testing management experience with a proven track record for Client/Server based enterprise software releases
- Experience in building automation testing frameworks, testing tools within a large scale enterprise environment
- Excellent leadership and cross-team communication skills
- Have strong passion to promote efficiency and effectiveness tests
- Solid technical ability in software development and test. Attention to details
- Experience with VDI technology, View and vSphere is a plus

2.Sr. QA Engineer – Storage, Beijing
This Sr. Software Engineer in Test will be working on new products in the Server Business Unit. You will work on challenging projects with bright people in a fun team environment. This includes test design, implementation, execution, debugging, and maintenance of automated test cases as well as performing manual testing on an as needed basis. You will work closely with developers in design reviews and contribute in delivering outstanding quality virtualization products.

Responsibilities:
• Participate in design and code reviews
• Develop testing methodologies and test plans for storage domain of ESX server product
• Keep up to date on storage technologies and industry trends to be able to:
a. Apply innovative testing to further improve quality of product
b. Communicate technical dependencies and concerns/issues of implementations
• Provide technical guidance and direction and mentorship to team members
• Work with a team of QA engineers, balancing long and short term priorities including SCSI/iSCSI/Fibre-Channel
NFS/SAN/NAS in the following ways:
a. Test execution
b. Test automation
c. Coverage improvement
d. Status reporting
e. Lead projects and implement test initiatives

Requirements:
• BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required (MS preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in storage technology (SCSI, RAID, FC, iSCSI, NAS) various storage devices
• 2+ years in Quality Assurance
• 2+ years of Linux/Unix knowledge is required
• 2+ years writing test plans, automating test cases, and testing device drivers
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (C, C++, Perl)
• Must be able to setup testbeds (including configuration
