Job Description:
You have primary responsibility for site-critical infrastructure. You manage large or cross-functional projects. You may assist in the design and build out of new facilities. You play a leadership role in your team, developing, mentoring, and scheduling. You assign work to more junior technicians. You resolve complex support issues that may not be well documented, and apply your knowledge to writing and improving support procedures. You can perform advanced system administration activities and are a subject expert in at least one area of technology. You work independently and with little guidance from your manager. You evaluate new technology; deploy and maintain new services. You are cognizant of the unique needs of each supported customer segment. You analyze competing projects, assess technical risk, and communicate impact to the business. You can be considered to be the “go to person” for any technical problem at your location or within your expertise
Technical requirements:
1. Be familiar with CS system(Avaya or other brand)
2. Have wide of IT infrastructure knowledge including Window, Network, Telephone system, Linux;
3. English – can communicate with native speakers fluently on technical topic.
4. Work hard, self motivated, independent, team work;
5. Preferred Degree: Computer Science.
6. Years of Experience: 5 years and working experience in multi-national company is a plus |
