oracle 升级完成后，数据库起不来了
以下是startup.log

启动日志啊。安装日志应该就用处不大了啊。

二楼说的日志应该是这个:
$ORACLE_HOME/admin/DB_NAME/bdump/alert_<oracle_sid>.log,

在楼主的机子上应该就是:
/export/home/oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1/admin/iesdb/bdump/alert_iesdb.log
