要求：
本科，4年以上java开发经验
扎实的Java基本功(熟悉java.util,thread,IO,network)
深刻认识面向对象程序设计
熟练使用PL/SQL及JDBC,最好使用过Oracle和MS SQL
熟悉Linux环境和基本Shell的编写
熟悉Servlet,JSP,拥有Struts的使用配置经验（了解Struts所有配置和各种Action及Form的使用）
理解各种J2EE提及的设计模和基本技术，至少精通其中一种(Servlet,Jsp,EJB,JMX,JMS,Web Service,Corba)
良好的英文口语沟通能力

Application Architect (.Net)
要求：
        5+ years experience in C#, .NET development (recent experience). Certification (Microsoft/Scrum Master/PMP/TOGAF) as well as contribution to journals, user groups etc is a plus
        Technical leadership in a development project for at least 1 year with independent architectural/design responsibilities in at least one large multi-tier project
        Proven ability to lead, drive, and work across teams to get things done.
        Extensive hands-on experience in developing application using .Net, C# technologies such as ASP.NET, WF, WCF, JavaScript, ADO.NET, SQL, Silverlight/WPF.
        Good understanding of SDLC, Agile and design patterns. Experience in the use of SCRUM/XP is a big plus.
        Process knowledge in dealer business is a plus
        Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
                Excellent oral and written English skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
