--Selectively participate in analysis and design work
--Complete documentation to ensure conformance to corporate standards and procedures

Req.
--BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
-- 1+ years’ software development experience
--Be familiar with Core Java or J2EE technology/Weblogic
--Be familiar with Oracle or Sybase database
--A willingness to learn new technologies and have good communication skills
--Strong responsibility and flexibility under work pressure
--Good command of speaking and writing English
--Experience in software test is a plus
--Be familiar with Sun Solaris, Win2000 server, TCP/IP and HTTP is a plus
--TOEIC - Certificate holders highly preferred
