General Summary of ITO DCS Hosting Service
This Role will act as a member of global engineering project team, Datacenter Service. This team supports solution and service development, standardization, incubation and produce reference architectures, Service Definitions, Statements of Work, conduct pre-integration and interoperability testing, and provide ongoing maintenance and support for the solutions and services.  We will also provide a bridge between the market facing portfolio teams and the delivery facing teams.  

Job Description
You will work with the global team to develop and design IT Service Solutions focusing on Middleware areas. Collaborating with other team members to support and input the development of all collateral including Pursuit standards  and technical documents and to build services.

(1) Will be supporting Leads globally by building infrastructure (installation, configuration, etc.) and providing input in service / technology documentation
(2) Lead the team to design and maintain service documents like SOW, SLO, Reference Guides, … for Middleware Services.



Qualifications:

(1) 5-10 years of experience in multiple of the following areas: BEA WebLogic, MS IIS & ISA, Microsoft SharePoint  Portal & Services, Apache, Webtrends, Websphere MQ, Websphere AS (WAS), Oracle AIS, Oracle Fusion, Oracle App & HTTP Server, Oracle Tuxedo, Oracle SOA Suite, Sun Java App & Web Server, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
(2) Pursuit support / Middleware Solutioning expertise
(2) Good understanding of ITSM / ITIL
(3) Excellent documentation and communication skills in English
(4) Experience of Team Leader and Project Management is desired.
(5) Good sense of Service Design with market experience
