Requirements：
1、        Proficiency in C++，at least Seven years experience in C++ ;
2、        Experience leading a development team directly involved with developing large applications and complex systems;
3、        Fluency in the English language is required as this position involves direct communication with the US-based Editor Asset Management Team;
4、        The ability to work in a cross-platform development environment is required;
5、        The ability to work at both the architectural and implementation levels is required;
6、        Experience with writing robust unit tests and using test driven development;
7、        coordinate efforts between the US and offshore teams as well as acting as a leader and individual contributor on the projects and tasks;
8、        Have one of follow experience is priority :
Experience with using Apple XCode
      Knowledge of the Windows operating system
Knowledge of Macintosh OS X  
Experience in video/audio media or performs metadata exchange
Familiarity with audio editing  or video editing for post production
