Key Point：
基站系统（物理层模块）测试

职位1：
understand the requirements at WCDMA BTS level, translate the requirements to O&M solutions.
Important execution responsibilities include analysis of requirements, preparation of Detailed test cases, Implementation and execution of Module and System Component test cases.
Organize effective reviews and take review comments to closure.
Knowledge on the advanced testing tools, debuggers, analyzers and test equipments is critical.
Knowledge of UNIX Shell scripting, wireless domain Automation frameworks is an added advantage.
Skill set required :
2-5 years of WCDMA / GSM / GPRS BTS testing AND / OR Test Automation.
Worked on embedded wireless BTS Module / System Component testing
Knowledge of configuring Iub (RNC – Node B) Interface, configuring Uu (Node B – UE) Interface, configuring Remote Radio Heads, Integration of BTS with real RNC and UE, debugging (including use of Hardware Debuggers like Lauterbach).

Experience :-
wireless software testing experience is preferred.
Should have very good working knowledge on wireless protocols/standards (RANAP, NBAP). Should have well versed with the 3GPP specifications.
Should have good understanding and working knowledge on the features – HSPA, IuFlex,  Handovers, ciphering, Frequency hopping, O&M.
Should have used the simulator/analyzer tools - Tektronix–k12xx, Nethawk
Should have worked on Inter-operability, Functional, Conformance and Load/Performance testing with the commercially available tools.
