请教一个ssh登陆的问题

ssh登陆到一台机器总是让我输入密码，输入三次失败就退出，用户名和密码我能保证都是正确的
因为直接登陆那台机器是可以的，不知道哪出问题了

    这个support用户是root组的，我用另外一个非root组的用户就可以登录成功
