工作职责：
The development engineer is responsible for:
1、Design and develop DSP debugging application platform according to DSP developing and testing requirements;
2、Analysis the existing DSP debugging applications and testing tools;
3、DSP debugging application module test;
4、Perform internal training sessions to DSP software developers and testers;
5、Actively contribute to test team via review, mentoring, and regular knowledge sharing;

任职资格：
1、3 years software developing professional experience;
2、Excellent programming skills in C/C++ under windows or Linux;
3、Experience with DSP software design and development;
4、Experience with embedded system development; RTOS experience is preferred;
5、Experience with script (Perl is plus);
6、Experience with software/system development process; understand the importance and the challenges of testing;
