SharePoint tickets resolution in Peregrine not related to development

Creating new Work Sites

SharePoint admin configurations through Central Admin

SharePoint search configurations (Creating managed properties and scope rules) for non custom script/code

Creating new domains in Baxter SharePoint environment like Blogs, Wikis, Canada etc, based on OOB templates.

Creating and managing Backup scripts and modifying the scripts if needed, for all SharePoint domains.

Support People Picker Tool for SharePoint, not yet applied to production environment for documented components

Participating in evaluating third party web parts and contacting their customer support like Bamboo.

Patching on SharePoint servers like Service Pack was implemented last year.

Developing External Collaboration portal (Extranet) based on OOB templates.

Patching and Service Pack upgrades

Resolving/Answering the issues/questions being received in form of emails/IMs/phone calls.  

Training/Demo users on SharePoint to make them feel comfortable with the environment and answering their questions related to SharePoint.
