Software engineer - MBU

QUALIFICATION (DETAIL):
Education:
Bachelor or Master degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Experience:

Interface with the ASIC teams on chip features and programming model

Develop and maintain key features for Bluetooth software on an embedded OS, a
Linux and/or Windows OS platform;

Support software releases during test and release cycles;

Experience with wireless drivers and/or other networking drivers

Knowledge of networking protocols and security concepts

Bluetooth development experience is highly desired

Familiarity with hardware debugging

Experience in release processes, build and packaging

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with embedded platform development

Experience with full software life cycle and delivery mechanisms

Knowledge of multi-threading and synchronization in a driver environment

Strong understanding of OS kernel internals

Product architecture, design, implementation and testing experience

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

[RF Design/System Engineer]

*Responsibilities: *Key areas and duties of position.
?We are looking for the one to shoot difficult issues for wireless product line. So he (she) must
be a fast learner to study any required knowledge and strong capability to complete various
experiments to assure our product design quality.
?Training AE/FAE.
?Be responsible to resolve the issues or bugs from customer.
Working close with multi-function development team, as a bridge to establishment internal &
external system specs and interfaces. Need to co-work with US design development team.
Chip brings up after tape-out and RF performance tuning.
?Take responsible for demo board schematic design and oversee layout design; Selection and
procurement of parts for prototypes; Meet factory cost and development cost goals.
?Be the owner of RF performance tuning ;Test, troubleshoot, analyze, optimize their designs as
a subsystem and as part of the complete system, against worst case conditions over all environmental
conditions and operational scenarios and against all regulations as required by the product
specification.
?Deliver DVT report.
?Develop production test strategies and, in some cases, the production test system itself.
?Develop production documentation, including DVT test plan, bills of materials, and test
procedures.
?Understand the customer and the application. Contribute to product specification as needed.
*Required Skills: *Minimal knowledge and skills required to perform the job effectively
?Excellent circuit and system design experience for RF subsystem, Basestation and Mobile
terminal design experiece is appreciated.
?Experienced test skills for RF subsystem, be skillful to handle oscillograph, spectrum
analyzer, VNA, etc.
Excellent understanding of RF block such as LNA, Mixer, AD/DA, PA, Switch and AGC.
Further understanding the function and theory of RF theory.
?Excellent analytical and design skills for digital and analog circuits and RF systems
?Excellent communication skills to work in a team environment
?Good communication skills, both in Chinese and English
*Education/Experience:* Minimal years of related experience and degree or certificates required to
perform the job.
?BSEE/MSEE and 3-5 years related experience in commercial hardware product development
