Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced User Interaction design engineer with usability, user interaction design, and technical writing skills to join our SW development team, and work along with software development team to design and document UI features.

Key Tasks

Create UI design proposal based on comsuer experience understanding, write UI specification based on approved design proposal.
Coordinate UI proposal/UI specification evaluation and review meetings.
Participate in evaluation and review of UI design proposals and UI specifications owned by other designers.
Maintain responsible features, understand the market situation of the feature and suggest for improvements.
Handle usability issues, including organizing usability tests, conducting end-user need study, collecting feedback from the field and act on it.

Qualification

Deep comsumer experience understanding and strong logical thinking ability.
Knowledge of usability concepts/guidelines for user interaction design.
Knowledge of usability studies/designs from mobile phone industry Is highly appreciated
Knowledge of internationalization and localization
Good understanding of computer sciences and technology
Excellent technical writing and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Excellent teamwork spirit and be fexible
Be self motivated, achievement oriented and flexible
