Responsibilities
1. Manage MBPS solution projects in development, test, deployment, etc.
2. Work with WW stakeholders, function managers, business leaders, and technical leaders to manage projects and track the project deliverables.
3. Coordinate legal, business or resource requirements.
4. Proactively monitor and control projects changes and risks, direct compliance to MBPS project and project management standards, processes, tools and techniques throughout the organization.
5. Communicate with WW stakeholders or business teams to finalize project plans and drive the approval.
6. Provide project status update and report to the senior management team and related stakeholders.
7. Help enhance PM skills of the other project leaders.
Required Skills
1. At least 8 years solid experience at a solution/software project management position in the multinational company.
2. Work experience of full solution/software development cycle.
3. Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and in Chinese.
4. Strong leadership, self-motivated, and team player.
5. Creative problem solving, flexibility, and adaptability.

Bachelor's Degree
English: Fluent
