Position 1:
Title: IT Supervisor/Sr. Systems Administrator
Work location: Tianjin
Report Line: Global IT Manager
Job Description:
General Role:
The IT supervisor will be responsible for the quality, installation, maintenance and delivery of IT systems, on schedule and within prescribed resource limits, in accordance with departmental standards. Participating global IT team to achieve better uptime and service level to needed parties.  

Major Responsibilities:
•        Communicate with Global IT manager on setting IT goals for local team
•        Lead the effort troubleshoots hardware and software problems, instruct and educate followers to achieve better performance.
•        Ensures continuous availability of network and critical business applications.
•        Manages relationships with user community and local vendors.
•        Supports network operational downtime activities as required.
•        Performs periodical inventories & following up entry/exit of assets & reconciling them with accounting.
•        Documents of all related processes and procedures.
•        Analyzes and evaluates hardware and software.
•        Ensures the company’s standards are maintained.
Requirements & Capabilities:
•        At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT industry or in similar capacity.
•        Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline, preferable with MCSE, CLP or CCNP Certification.
•        5 years of working experience in end-user technical support and troubleshooting on both hardware and software, including MS Office, W2K\XP, Lotus Notes and Remote Access.
•        Experience in administering NT\W2K\W2003 Server, Lotus Domino Server, LAN\WAN networks
•        Mature, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
•        Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
•        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
