Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly motivated developer to join the energetic teams to deliver world-class products to world-wide customers. He/She will help to develop Lotus Notes and supporting automation frameworks and work with world wide IBM development, test, service and support teams.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)

Familiar with software engineering and software development & testing process
Familiar with Agile development
Good experience in C++, Java and Eclipse
Good debugging skills
Experienced in unit test and related tools

Familiar with Lotus Notes/Domino and Notes programming will be a plus
Familiar with Web development, XML and JavaScript will be a plus
Familiar with GUI programming (Win32 SDK, GTK+, or Carbon/Cocoa)

Quick learner and fast paced flexible Agile environment
Self-motivated and multi-tasking
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Having strong sense of ownership and high accountability
Good communication skills & team working
Good Chinese & English writing, listening and speaking
