•        Bachelor degree or above
•        Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
•        Excellent knowledge in and design experience of databases and concept like: Data modeling, ETL, Data Warehousing, SQL and MDX queries and OLAP.(符合其中一条即可）
•        Social competence to handle work in a global organization with different nationalities, cultures, background and skills.
•        Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
•        Architectural skills in software and information management.
•        Experience of  Internet Information Server, Windows Server 2003/2008, .NET 2.0/3.5 (ASP, C#), Visual Studio, ProClarity, ProClarity server
