em出错，大侠帮忙！ 在线等答案！

创建一个实例，结果因为编码的问题，所以只好把实例删除了。
我用DBCA删除的。  

然后重新新建一个实例，可是我发现EM上不去了。

我查看1521进程没问题。

我用EMCA -REPOS CREATE

创建EM，可是报错

如果这个EM真的不行，我删除这个实例，能够让EM再恢复成正常状态吗？？

既然重新创建了db  那就把em重新创建就ok了
