MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
lPlan, conduct, and implement the ERP and eCommerce system to support the business operation while maintaining consistency with Company global application development strategy, standards, and practices.
lPlan and execute actions to ensure the maximum up-time of the web base application system.
lEnsure smooth operation of installed systems and provide regular review of methods, performance data to recommend enhancements to existing supply chain business process flows.
lLiaise and manage the third party service providers to deliver the technology solutions to Redcats in an on-time and on-target manner.
lCoordinate with the local business leaders to prioritize IT related requests and monitor the status of work-in-process items.
lPlan, develop and conduct training for all application systems.
lProvides responsive, effective ad hoc support in application and infrastructure as required.
lProvide assistance in troubleshooting and speedy resolution of business application and infrastrcuture problems with all internal and external parties including suppliers, factories, and external service providers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
lEnsure all ERP and eCommerce application systems are implemented on-time to support the business operation
lOversea the customization and delivery of all ERP and eCommerce related application and training programs.
lAct as the primary technology liaison with the third party solution providers.
lInsure Application Help Desk callers are appropriately assisted and determining the best possible solutions to their issues.
lInsure Network and system operating environment stability to maintain maximum uptime.
lliaise with internal and external clients to ensure that they are receiving the data/reports that they require to support the business operation
lProvides responsive, effective ad hoc support on technology issues as required.
lMaintain accurate inventory of Company hardware and operating software assets.
lDocument the business rules, mappings and manipulations needed to meet business user requirements

EXPERIENCE& QUALIFICATIONS:
- University graduate in MIS/Business/Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- 7 to 10 years of experience in ERP and eCommerce system design and development.
- Knowledge on the garment industry and internet shopping mall is a must.
- Knowledge on the retail industry would be an added advantage.
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin.
- In-depth experience in Oracle, Business Objects, and Web base application design would be an added advantage.
