情况说明：
IBM8480系列xserver205服务器（P4的CPU，一条原配256M内存，一条256后加的型号不一样，3块36.4G SCIS硬盘，做了RAID 5）（服务器坏过一次，主板换过）
+SCO OPENSERVER5.0.5a
+sybase11.0.3

问题：数据库安装后，运行20多天，现在sybase频繁报错，错误信息如下：

第一种报错：数据库进不去

DUMP TRANSACTION for database 'tempdb' failed: insufficient memory to allocate backout structure  
第二种报错：数据库可以进去，但一会就数据库就好象被down掉了，isql可以进去，但运行sp_who等命令执行不了，提示没有程序可以运行了。

另：我分析了一下原因，大哥们帮我分析一下，然后帮我看看那种可能性大，还是有别的原因，感谢！！！
    1、我问了IBM公司，这款服务器通过SCO  OPENSERVER5.0.6a认证，但我装5.0.5a的时候没有报错，可以安装，运行也没有问题。
    2、是不是内存条不一样，等硬件问题？
    3、还是SYBASE数据库的问题？

Error 4201 'DUMP TRANSACTION for database '%.*s' failed: insufficient memory to allocate backout structure.'

Issue can be caused by sizing the procedure cache percentage too low.
