Project Manager (2 persons)
City to locate: Shanghai
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a 3-10 person project team to successfully implement and deliver bank application systems on budget on time
- Drive project plan and execution
- Manage customer expectation and satisfaction
- Discuss with customer for system requirement specification and documentation
- Review system architecture and provide constructive suggestion
- Shoulder certain development and design work
- Review and track each team member status

Qualifications and Requirements
- BSCS / MSCS or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience
- Minimum 4 years of C/C++ design and development experience
- Must have knowledge and management experience with CMMII or above
- Strong and in-depth domain knowledge and core bank system experience，financial loan business experience preferred
- Strong knowledge and experiences on IBM RS6000 or HP UX, CICS or Tuxedo and DB2 or Oracle.
- Strong communications skills and excellent team player
- Willing to travel on customer-sites
- Adaptable on dynamic job assignment

Senior Software Programmer (2 Persons)
City to locate: Wuhan/ShangHai
Key Responsibilities:
- System requirement analysis and documentation
- System architecture and functional design and documentation
- Develop & integrate Vanda Group core banking application solutions
- Provide technical assistance to junior programmer
- Technical support to application systems in production

Qualifications and Requirements:
- BSCS / MSCS or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software development
- Minimum 3 year of C/C++ design and development
- Strong and in-depth domain knowledge and core bank system experience，financial loan business experience preferred
- Strong knowledge and experiences on IBM RS6000 or HP UX, CICS or Tuxedo and DB2 or Oracle.

- Willing to travel on customer-sites
