Solution Center Manager
职位描述：
Some high-level responsibilities include:
- Management of the team of Solution Center Technicians; this includes all aspect of People/Performance/Rota management.
- Ensuring effective and efficient Management of day to day Solution Center Operations. Ensure all operational KPIs and Metrics are being measured and met.
- Manage/Improve manage solution centre skills set, the work-flows and through-put for Solution Center Operations
- Become a subject master in Solution Center Operations.
- Play a key part in innovation and driving automation within Solution Center Operations.
- Set business target to recruit solution partners, build references for target solutions and industries.
- Receive the customers/partners for POC and demo.
- Enable key partner solutions.
- Be passionate about the quality and quantity of services being provided by the Solution Center Operations team and continuously strive to improve our Customer Experience.
- Vendor management/Monitoring Vendor performance.
- Ensuring the Solution Center is compliant with all relevant security policies and procedures.

-  Worked in a Solution/Data Center before and/or can he/she articulates what it takes to run an operational efficient Solution Center.
- ITSM - ITIL
- Have prior people management experience with directs reports.
- Have current knowledge of the following skills.
- Server Hardware (troubleshooting).
- Virtualization and cloud computing skills on VMware VCP level 4 or Hyper-V or Xen or Power VM
- Facilities engineering.
- Technical Project Management
Preferred Technical Requirements/Competencies:
- Some understanding of Power, Cooling & Facilities Engineering inside a Solution/Data Center.
- Knowledge of server hardware maintenance/troubleshooting across multiple server vendors.
- Some experience of managing large scale disk sub-systems.
- Experience with capacity planning, preferably at a server and Solution Center level.
- Experience with network equipment in an enterprise environment.
- Over 10 years of related IT experience.
- Good at English written/spoken

Solution Center Facility Manager
Some high-level responsibilities include:
? Carry out effective and efficient day to day Solution Center Operations. Ensure all operational KPIs and Metrics are being measured and met.
? Play a part in innovation and driving automation within Solution Center Operations.
? Ensure proper operation of all aspects of the solution center to create an optimal environment for the equipments to function.
? Maintain HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air conditioning)  and power systems.
? Operate and maintain sprinkler systems, smoke/fire detection systems, water leakage detection system, fire suppression systems.
? Maintain CCTV system and all access control systems.
? Carry out preventative Maintenance (Scheduled maintenance to prevent break down)
? Carry out predictive Maintenance (Scheduled drills, use of equipment or tests to predict when maintenance will be needed)
? Carry out routine cleaning (server room, working areas, common areas) as well as more specific emphasis on dust control and hygiene maintenance.
? Self-motivated, team player who is excited by the challenge of a fast pace, ever changing working environment. Possess strong communications skills, a willingness to learn/expand base skill sets and phenomenal attention to detail.

Solution Center Technical Consultant
Some high-level responsibilities include:
? Carry out effective and efficient day to day Solution Center Operations. Ensure all operational KPIs and Metrics are being measured and met.
? Play a part in innovation and driving automation within Solution Center Operations.
? Perform backup and recovery, infrastructure maintenance and release management.
? P to V porting
? Carry out key POC deployment and solution towers demo
? Perform virtualization assessment service and solution tower implementation services
? Self-motivated, team player who is excited by the challenge of a fast pace, ever changing working environment. Possess strong communications skills, a willingness to learn/expand base skill sets and phenomenal attention to detail.
