Job description
- Leader is a window person who accept NEW operation, and explain to team member. Leader has aggressive attitude communication skill, Japanese, general, operation, technical skills as described below;
- Leader will check and dispatch report which made by team member.
Team member’s role and responsibility is:
- System operation under IBM Mainframe and AIX / Windows environment
- Work closely with other project team internally and externally to provide integrated service
- Trouble-shooting and urgency management that compliance with project management process
- Generate project tracking report when necessary
Required
Associate’s Degree/College Diploma
Basic knowledge in MF Server System Operation
Basic knowledge in Security
English: Basic knowledge
Japanese: Fluent
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree
Additional information
- University degree
- Leadership
- Excellent in Japanese speaking / writing / reading / listening and basic English will be an added advantage
- 1-3 years experience in system operations is preferred but not essential
- Good team player, able to work under pressure
- IT background is highly preferred. Windows / Linux or IBM platform.
- z/OS, AIX, Domino, Tivoli, System Security knowledge will be an added advantage. |
