JD：
# Proven ability to understand, analyze and implement complex algorithms.
# Demonstrated experience in writing functional specifications, and designing & implementing them.
# Strong coding skills in C/C++
# 5+ years of industry experience
# Strong understanding of multi-threaded systems software development and debugging
# Solid design and development experience in at least one of following areas: transaction processing / database management; Linux kernel / file system; distributed system; performance
# Comfortable developing for Linux / Solaris / Unix environments , with Windows experience a plus
# MS or a PhD Degree or equivalent from a reputable university, preferably with a background in database technology
# Knowledge of MySQL/InnoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or other major DBMS architectures and internals a plus
# Fluent in English
# Can work under little or no supervision
