Job Title: ISS Customer Engineer

Responsibilities:

        Re-active HP Blade product on site technical service delivery
        HP ISS server and storage product Repair/Installation/Maintenance
        Call to repair for mission critical environment
        CISCO /Environment technical support

Qualifications:

- College degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent (at least two years work experience for college degree);
- Familiar with Windows, Linux and VMWARE administration is plus;
- Familiar with HP ISS products is plus；
- Understand mission critical environment
- On-site support working experience
- Networking and database knowledge experience
- Good communication skills and customer service sense
- CET 4 certification, good English reading and writing skills
- Be pro-active and self-motivated
