aix安装ora815的问题？rootpre.sh执行不成功？

安装时反复提醒执行rootpre.sh，跳不过？和解？

然后执行'rootpre.sh时报：

loading aio.ext   /usr/lib/methods/cfgaio: exiting with code 38   
Problem Explanation:
====================  The "rootpre.sh" script is unable run the Unix command:   
mkdev -l aio0
Solution Description: =====================  You need to call your IBM
vendor representative and explain to them that the  UNIX command, "mkdev -l aio0" is
not working.
