[powertool] gnome2 desktop layout

1. change the background of gnome2 desktop
2. add to panel: terminal, chrome/chromium and virtualbox as cases

notes:
1. the corresponding code could be based on "powertool/tools/desktop_layout.sh"

很想知道系统是如何读取backgrounds.xml和%gconf.xml来改变桌面背景的。我想它应该是一个可执行文件，当用可视化来换背景的时候，肯定是先改变了背景图片的config,然后系统再执行某个文件来重新读取该config，然后立马还掉背景。如果可以找到读取背景图片config的文件，然后在脚本里调用它，应该就可以实现用脚本换桌面背景图片了把。

I finished this little duty successful.Throuth this small duty I known many knowledges.

1.Familiar the Shellscript`s instructions,such as "sed".

2.Familiar the Linux System some routes and somethings in the routes.

3.How to change the background and how to add objects to panel.(But after execuled Shellscrip,I must reboot.)

   Needn't reboot,you can log out.

    附件的patch中实现了添加图片到panel，还没有实现立即看见效果的功能。

patch中只实现了向panel中增加图标，但每次必须注消后才能实现，

只是简单完成添加图标功能

现在还没能实现即时应用，并且换背景图片，也没把图片加入到gnome２里面，只是修改了background中的xml文件，也没有即时应用功能。
