两个方法：
1.get libpcap.a from http://www.tcpdump.org

推荐上面的方法，否则，那样子功能会受限制。

2../configure --with-libpcap-*
进行配置一遍。

上面的提示信息已经很清楚了。缺少libpcap，安装这个以后在重新执行./configure
具体的安装方法：
1、你可以下载一个libpcap的tar包进行安装
2、配置下你机器的yum源，利用yum -y install libpcap*
