Linux Test Leader

Available count: 1
Duration: Full-time employee

Responsibility of the position:
- Design and implement test case for Poky Linux including peripheral devices, kernel features, userspace packages, etc
- Create test plan for the test cycle and carry out test
- Analyze failure test case and summit defect report
- Track defect's status and work closely with development team to solve various problems
- Lead local test team, co-ordinate with other testing team at different site

Required knowledge/skills:
- BS/MS in CS or EE with 2+ Linux platform working experience
- C programming skill
- Shell/Perl/Python programming skill
- Operating system knowledge of Linux/Unix
- Good trouble shooting ability
- High responsibility for work assigned and self-motivation
- Good Reading/Writing/Oral English communication skills

Optional knowledge/skills:
- Knowledge of cross compilation and tool chain
- Linux kernel/device driver development experience is a plus
- Knowledge of processor architecture (arm, ppc, mips, x86)
- Automation test framework development experience is a plus
- Bug management tool and process knowledge is a plus




Poky Linux Build System Developer

This position will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Poky Linux Build System(aka, bitbake).

The Basic Requirements
----------------------

1) Bachelor degree(or above) of the computer science, electronics or other related majors.
2) Good understand to the computer architecture and operating system. Good understand or experience to one kind of the popular embedded processors.
3) Familiar with Operating System Distribution Architecture, and RPM package management.
4) Familiar with autoconf, Makefile, shell and Python scripting.
5) Good skills of the C-language.
6) 3+ years of the Linux development.
7) Good team communication and team work capability.
Good English reading & writing skills.
