岗位要求：
1. 计算机或相关专业本科或以上学历；
2. 熟练掌握C/C++语言；
3. 熟悉Linuxkernel重要数据结构和主要功能模块的代码实现；
4. 熟悉Linux下驱动程序的开发、调试，并具有相关项目经验；
5. 熟悉ARM架构处理器，有一定硬件基础；
6、有嵌入式Linux系统开发经验，熟练掌握GNU工具链的使用；
7. 良好的沟通能力，英语读写能力。

具有如下技能或经验者优先：
熟悉Android平台体系构架及应用开发方法、有Android应用开发经验者优先考虑；

岗位职责：
负责Linux内核与驱动程序的开发维护工作，包括：

1. 为特定硬件平台开发bootloader和移植内核；
2. 为硬件设备设计、开发和测试设备驱动程序，并撰写文档；
3. 编写、调试和测试各种协议栈（例如，USB，SATA，TCP/IP，Wi-Fi，Streaming）；
4. 优化设备驱动性能；
5. 分析和解决在系统集成期间发现的bug；
