debian 更新软件包信息的问题(真头晕不知何解 高手进来看看)

昨晚在一个网吧里面安装debian 所有都正常

源写法如下:

deb http://ftp.tw.debian.org/debian stable main
deb-src http://ftp.tw.debian.org/debian stable main

WG:~# apt-get update 后所有正常。。

WG:~# apt-get update

在今天早上跑到另一个网吧，继续昨天一样的步骤源写法也是一样。光盘也是一样。
WG:~# apt-get update 后提示:

404 Not Found

我试着用wget 把这二个找不到的文件下载下来，但是，一样提示 404 Not Found

然而我在windows 的机房上，是可以下载的。



真找不出什么原因，如果说是IP不能连接的话，那么同一个IP的windows机器又可以下载。

请问下大哥，有没有遇到过，这是什么原因，无奈之下今晚只能回到前面那家可以正常安装的网吧里弄了，

但是就是有点不服气，想搞清楚。
