You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
                        package-cleanup --dupes
                        rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
The program package-cleanup is found in the yum-utils package.

使用：

yum install rpm-build-5.0-0.2.0.fc5.rf.x86_64.rpm  --skip-broken

出现这种情况是因为使用的yum库里面的软件和CentOS不兼容,建议使用官方的yum库
