nagios配置监控windows主机问题

大家好，今天nagios配置了几台监控windows主机。出现问题，nagios不能从主机上得到数据，系统为windows2003,安装nsclient， nagios为3.0.5版本，
nagios报黄色警报：could not fetch information from server
nsclient日志信息：
error:.\NSClientListener.cpp:282: Unauthorized access from: 192.168.88.35

这句话是不是有问题？另外防火墙端口是否打开？
