cicti 无法web访问

各位好！
这几天做了个CACTI按网上的资料做的,现在各项服务都正常,就是http://cacti ip/cacti 没有界面出来，出没有报错。

现在的问题，应访是没有找到这下CACTI的目录，如果我把他CACTI MV  到/www/htpdos/ 下，就出现这个提示

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in /www/htdocs/cacti/include/config.php on line 31

问题很明显 文件不存在
就是说cacti安装的有问题
